Elisse Gray, CRNP
Elisse has been in the health care industry since 2008, starting in the emergency room setting. She has been with Annapolis Asthma, Pulmonary, and Sleep since March 2018.
Over the years, she has gained valuable personal experiences in many aspects of health care from the emergency room setting to specialty health care. She takes great pride in offering unique solutions to enhance and care for patient’s health. Elisse graduated from Salisbury University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. She furthered her education by obtaining her MSN- FNP at Simmons University in Boston, MA. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practicioners.
Elisse was born and raised on the waters of the Chesapeake Bay. She has a strong appreciation for nature and the outdoors. When she is not working, Elisse and her husband spend time with their beautiful daughter and their dog Camo.
Martha Reilley, CRNP
Martha Reilley is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Towson University with a Bachelor of Science in Communications prior to pursuing her career in nursing. She received her Associate’s Degree in Nursing from St. Joseph’s College of Nursing in Syracuse, NY and her Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons University in Boston, MA.
Before becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Martha worked as a Registered Nurse for seven years. She has experience in the areas of critical care, post-anesthesia care, and neuromuscular care. She has been trained to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care through disease management, health promotion, and health education.
She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Nurse Practitioner Association of Maryland, and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She resides in Annapolis with her husband and two beautiful daughters.
